（中央社記者謝佳珍台北2日電）前總統馬英九4日將出席東吳大學法學院舉辦的「南海仲裁案暨國際法研討會」，針對南海仲裁案發表專題演講。

「菲律賓對中國」南海仲裁案，常設仲裁法院7月12日公布結果，稱中國大陸在9段線範圍內主張的歷史權利沒有法律依據，而南沙群島的所有海上地物，均為礁岩，包括太平島在內。

東吳大學今天表示，東吳大學法學院4日舉行「南海仲裁案暨國際法研討會」，會中邀馬英九擔任開幕典禮的主講貴賓，評析海牙仲裁庭對太平島及整體南海與南沙群島裁判的失焦，違反國際法的基本原則。

東吳大學說，這次研討會另邀德國海洋法權威、基爾大學國際法中心主任馬茲路克（Prof. NeleMatz-Luck）、中研院教授宋燕輝、東吳大學教授程家瑞、李子文評論南海仲裁判斷。

東吳大學法學院今年4月14日也曾針對南海問題舉辦「南海爭議暨國際法研討會」，當時邀請牛津大學的Antonios Tzannakopoulos、里茲大學的Surva P.Subedi等人，以及國際法庭常設仲裁法庭的法官Gerhard Hefner等人參與研討會；會議隔天，這些國際法學者在外交部安排下登太平島。1051102
